Open to all teens and adults!
No prior martial arts experience is necessary.

End your week with an ATA Fit workout! This 45-minute class meets on Saturday mornings. Enjoy a challenging and fun training session in our state-of-the-art facility.

Who says you can only set fitness goals in January? We know it's never too late to start!

You do not need to be a member of any of our martial arts programs to join the ATA Fit program.
